Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests use your venue tablet.
Does Massageasy process payments?
No. Massageasy only shows your existing payment QR image and lets staff mark the session as paid by QR, cash, card, hotel room charge, or another method.
Do guests need to enter name, email, or phone?
No. Massageasy can work without guest names, emails, phone numbers, or accounts.
What data does the venue get?
Venues can track massage type, price, guest language, pressure level, focus areas, avoid areas, payment method, feedback, and session time.
Can venues export their data?
Yes. Essentials exports the last 30 days as CSV; Pro exports the full history with revenue and therapist reports included.
What hardware do I need?
None special. Massageasy runs in any modern web browser — no app, nothing to install — so it works on a phone, tablet, or laptop you already have, Apple or Android. For a dedicated device at the counter, an inexpensive 10″ Android tablet is a great cheap option, but that's a recommendation, not a requirement. We set it up for you free, in person at your venue on Koh Samui.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual is one upfront charge that works out to exactly 3 months free vs paying monthly. Cancel anytime.
Can staff use it without training?
Yes. The guest does the intake themselves, guided in their own language. Staff only hand the tablet over, confirm the therapist, and mark how the guest paid — two taps with a PIN. Most venues are running it the same morning they set it up.
Is this a booking system?
No. Massageasy is not a booking system. It is a tablet-based welcome, preference, payment display, and session tracking tool. That's deliberate. All-in-one booking platforms take a cut and own your guest relationship. Massageasy does one thing — intake and session tracking — and your venue keeps everything.
Can guests request a specific therapist?
Yes. Guests can pick a preferred therapist from your venue list. If that therapist is unavailable, staff confirm the actual therapist before the session starts — so all data stays accurate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything to CSV before you go. Your session data is yours.
What if I want to switch from paper?
Nothing to migrate. Start on day one; your paper records stay as your archive.
