Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Massageasy, the tablet-based guest intake, payment-display, and session-tracking service operated by Noom Studio Co., Ltd. (Thailand), trading as Massageasy (“we”, “us”).

1. Subscription

Massageasy is a subscription service. Plans are billed either monthly or annually, in Thai Baht (฿), at the plan price shown at signup. New software-only accounts start with a 30-day free trial (60 days on tablet bundles); no charge is made until the trial ends and your subscription begins.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by contacting us at hello@massageasy.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately — billing stops, your venue data and settings are preserved, and you can restart your subscription at any time.

3. Refunds

No refunds are issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed. The exception is where we materially reduce a paid feature: as described in our Terms, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of any prepaid, unused period. Any other refund is at our discretion and, if approved, is issued to the original payment method.
